Begin by selecting your distance or event. The following options are available:
You’ll then choose your goal for your event from the following options (available after you’ve selected your race distance):
- Finish a race
- Set a new PR
- Lead from the front
Click the “Download PDF” button to download a PDF of your workout schedule.
Click the “Join this community” button to join the Facebook community for your event and receive updates and coaching tips.
NOTE: You can view the training plans without being a Facebook member. The training plans are available for anyone who visits the Nike Running Race Coach page.
